Azalea never thought she'd find someone who could relate to her after everything that had happened until she met Tabby, a pale-skinned young woman with bleach blonde hair, a gorgeous smile and a similar attitude to the world at a group counselling retreat for teens.
As their friendship grows more, their worlds start to crumble around them. Can they both survive living a normal life after all they've been through by standing together, or will the pain of their past be their end?
"Finished it in two days, definitely a book you can't put down! Such an incredible read! The emotion jumps off the page and right into your heart. Absolutely fantastic. Well done Kirstin Graham. You have created a masterpiece and brought attention to such an important and not nearly enough discussed topic!
To anyone seeing this post that hasn't already bought a copy, do so but be warned, bring your tissues, it's hard hitting!"

A Flower Reborn is the debut novel written by the author Kirstin Graham and its an amazing and beautifully written story.
The story starts with an intriguing prologue after which the story continues immediately. I liked how the author Kirstin Graham has expressed the delicateness of the emotions along with the way she shifted from one emotion to another and explained them in detail, it's just wonderful.
The highlight of the book is its storyline that is unique and has characters that are relatable and likable. The story is written in a very realistic way, which made it easy to relate to the book. The characters are well portrayed and written in simple and easy language making it a perfect read. The book contains self issues to therapy, drama to understandings, from love to friendship, from suspense to emotional outburst, this is a unique and engaging book, that I m sure every reader will like.
The author Kirstin Graham has written this book in a professional way and it will not only attract you but will also keep you glued to the book. I had a lovely time reading this book.
Overall a fascinating and highly recommended book by me.
Kirstin writes with a voice and tone that draws you into a quiet sadness that permeates the characters lives. It’s story about two teens united by separate, but very similar and devastating tragedies.
What I appreciate about Kirstin’s writing is how she masterfully unfolds the trauma of Azalea and Tabitha over the course of the story in a way that isn’t jarring or exploitive, yet no less shocking and heartbreaking.
A must read:
❀ If you want a book that details symptoms of post traumatic stress disorder and depression accurately
❀ If you want a book that empathically deals with abuse and suicide, but doesn’t shy away from the reality of it**
❀ If you want a book that instills hope that you can heal!
You can tell that Kirstin has a huge heart for those impacted by mental illness. She offers a plethora of resources at the end of the book for those who need help.
